Brad Hamers is a pocket-broke writer, cult poet, outsider musician, spoken word terrorist, and collage artist from New York, residing in Portland, OR. He has had two books of poetry published and 9 musical projects released over the past 10 years, both as a solo artist and as a member of the groups Phlegm and Two Ton Sloth. Brad?s new full-length solo album (his most conceptually-cohesive and accomplished work yet) entitled ?Post No Dreams? was just released on November 30, 2010 on Token Recluse Recordings.
Brad is an active member of The New Police Collective and a believer in magic...a renegade scholar...a post-modern mythologist...a Third Side to the extinct Circle..and a live land mine left half uncovered disguised as food. Brad will be releasing an EP as Dust On Snow (with producer Frietboer of The Netherlands) sometime this winter?and another solo project called ?Communiqués? in the Summer of 2011.
